i love everythiiinnng about this. sheer layers, bandage skirt, tights, touselled hair, natural makeup, black on black on black.. and look at the detail on the front of that cardigan, such a whimsical jab at maternity clothing.

i am not usually a fan of department stores and malls, but my life is lovely when im in le bon marché in paris. the building itself was designed by gustave eiffel in the 1870s. if you have never visited, please click the image for details, and imagine yourself weaving through the aisles, stopping into the rooms off of the mezzanine, into label-specific displays and nooks.
the row will be making a line of denim for spring 2010. apparently they have a vintage levis look.. but can you imagine what the fit is like? its going to be record breaking.
reblogged from veronica. this has been the background on my desktop since she posted it. its amazing because those few pieces can make a million outfits.. ive always liked having my clothes out in the open and on display, as long as they are strategically displayed. also it reminds me of the marni display racks, only inversed. inspiring all around..
recently becoming a brunette has been easier since lara has changed teams too.
